Progress Over Perfection

November 15, 2020

Welcome Friends! I honestly can’t even explain to you what this post means to me. This is my first post at Mrs. A. Riley, and it’s huge for me. This is a passion that has been on my heart for years. It took courage and time for me to lean into that purpose finally. While I have very little knowledge about blogging, I’m smart and catch on quickly. Hence my motto for as long as I need it, progress over perfection. I hope you join me on my journey.

My name is Alisha, and I have been teaching 6th grade English and social studies for eight years. Over that time, I developed a passion for content creation. I wanted to start blogging to share time-saving resources I’ve created and helpful hints to make teaching easier.

-Mission-

My mission is to help teachers gain their valuable time back and beat overwhelm by providing no prep, easy grade resources.

-Values-

My company and I will prioritize quality, communication, and kindness. I feel like communication and kindness can go a long way, and quality is always at the forefront.

Thank You!

With all of that being said, thanks for stopping by and joining me in my first ever blog post! I’m Alisha Riley from Mrs. A. Riley and I help teachers gain time back with no prep lessons, quizzes, and activities. Check out my store here.

I will also be sharing ideas to help put systems in place to help your time at school be purposeful. Let me know are you struggling with time management as a teacher?
